Ubomi began with a conviction that communities can become places of hope when people journey together.
The CHS Life Centre gives that conviction a home where practical care, skills, youth development, and social connection meet.
The work has grown into programmes and relationships that respond to vulnerability and opportunity.
Every learner, participant, family, volunteer, and partner adds something to the story.
From a first welcome to a future pathway
A person may meet Ubomi through social care, sport, creative arts, or Job Journey.
The important thing is that there is a next door: a referral, mentor, course, safer relationship, or chance to contribute.
This is how hope becomes practical and how a local trust helps a community move forward.
