Ubomi is a faith-rooted community trust based at the CHS Life Centre in Kirstenhof.
We work with people within a 5km radius of our home, building meaningful relationships that make practical care possible.
Our role is to walk alongside people in need, not reduce them to a crisis or label.
We listen carefully, respond practically, and help people find a pathway beyond a first interaction.
What Ubomi brings together
Education, skills training, youth development, and social care connect immediate support with opportunity.
The Life Centre is a place to begin: a meal, shower, referral, course, or conversation can matter.
