Ubomi Trust

A place to begin again

Social care starts with a practical welcome: a shower, meal, home visit, referral, or someone who listens.

The Life Centre provides essential support for vulnerable people in the community.

Community lunches create connection as well as nourishment. Disaster response helps people affected by fires or floods.

Home visits and referrals connect people to care that fits their circumstances.

What happens after the first response

A drop-in can become a pathway into Job Journey or another programme.

The aim is to meet urgent needs without losing sight of the person, relationships, and future choices.

If you are unsure what help you need, the team can help you find a starting point.

If life feels unstable or you need help finding the right support, contact Ubomi.
